Letters of Acceptance / Invitation
If you need a formal letter of acceptance or invitation for university approval, visa purposes, or travel arrangements, please request it by emailing:
Include your full name, institutional affiliation, and (if applicable) your panel/paper title so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
Please note that, if you have submitted a paper proposal for inclusion in a panel, you should wait until you have received confirmation of acceptance from the panel convenors before requesting a letter of acceptance or invitation.
